This is neither relevant nor important
The annoying thing about Jimmy Johns is, despite the overall high quality of their sandwich product, their hot pepper situation is in need of serious work. The peppers themselves are of decent quality and fine taste, it's the fact that they still have the heads on them that irks me. See, they run the peppers through the pepper slicer (or whatever) but at no point are the tops and stems removed. So, either, you have to root through your sandwich to find and remove them, or you run the risk of suddenly biting into a tasteless, woody, oddly-textured pepper stem. This does not increase my enjoyment of the lunchtime experience. I should probably write a strongly worded letter to someone about the whole thing, but I've pretty much spent my indignation right here.
